I'm feeling great that I have been able to participate in so many linkies this week! Have you followed along with The Teaching Tribune Linky?
Today I am linking up with Doodle Bugs Teaching for Five for Friday! I am loving this one because it is my Holidays edition! I am one week down, one week to go with my Winter Holidays!
Firstly, Happy July 4th to all my USA readers!
My Grandma has moved out of the family home and into a unit. It is beautiful, brand new and will be a lovely new home for her. At the age of 91 she is doing amazing!
Because we have been doing lots of cleaning up at Grandma's I got to have this cup and saucer set - I LOVE it! And it is extra special since it was from Grandma's house!
I have always used a lot of binder clips at school to order worksheets, work end games. I always bought black because I like them to match, but I saw these today at The Reject Shop for $2 and I had to buy them!
I also bought myself some new shoes - two pairs of boats plus two ballet flats for a total of...... are you ready for this..... $44!!!!! I couldn't believe it! The boots are so comfortable I went back and bought a pair of black, they were only $12 a pair and the ballet flats $10! Bargain!
I have been working on my Fishing Booklet - I am loving some of the activities in this pack! Can't wait to share it with you all when it is finished!

Hi Alison! I'm new to the blogging community (Literacy Loving Gals) and found your Linky on Doodle Bugs' Link Up. Nice post and way cute shoes! :)

DeleteGood luck!

Oops, that won't work - see https://support.google.com/blogger/answer/41379?hl=en to see how to do it!
DeleteAlison, love the shoes! Where did you get them? (Not that I need more shoes. I have no room for them, but they look adorable!)

Kmart Stef! I couldn't believe how cheap they were - they weren't even on special!
DeleteThe fishing packet looks great! My grandparents moved from their large family home into an apartment a few years ago. I was able to get a salt and pepper set that had belonged to my great-grandmother. I'm so glad you are able to keep a piece of her history!

Aww, that sounds beautiful! Thanks for visiting my blog Crystal!
DeleteSuper cute shoes and what a bargain! Love the tea cup set you got from your Grandmother. I too have about 10 different cup/saucer sets that my Grandmother gave to me. I think of her every time I look at them.
