I am linking up with First Grade Nest for a great linky! My day wasn't that interesting today - so I promise a better day next time!
My day at school started at 7.30am as I carried in my computer bag, school bag, lunch bag, hand bag and a new shelf! Organisation in my room has been driving me crazy (we have furniture in our rooms when we move into them, and don't tend to bring in our own) so R has been making shelves for me. I had a new one to take in this morning so put in on the shelf straight away and organised it. Finally one of my kids does not have his tub on the floor anymore!
After some quick spelling at 9am, we started our reading at 9.15am and went into our Daily 5.
After lunch we had a quick camp meeting (we are going next week!) and then we finished our stubby holders for fathers day. Luckily the textas worked really well on the stubby holder.
I left school at 5.10pm - not too bad, with no meeting after school today, I was able to get a bit of work done!
When I left school, I needed to go to Big W to get a few things, it was pouring rain when I went in and then was greeted by a rainbow when I came out! A nice surprise (but very grey looking clouds!).
Home, dinner, cutting out some fraction games that I laminated today - some TV watching and in bed by 9.30pm. That is my day done!

At 10am we started making our Father's Day Never Ending Cards. My teaching partner arranged this - here are the kids putting them together. I will blog about a tutorial in the future!
Some quick maths correction at recess 11.15am
Then we kept working on our Father's Day Cards ready for Sunday.
Then we designed what we were going to draw on our Dad's stubby holders (they are the present we are giving).
At 12.30 I had an hour time release and spent it finishing off a speech for assembly tomorrow for children to give (I am one of the teachers in charge of the Student Action Team) and doing some correction. Nothing exciting! After lunch we had a quick camp meeting (we are going next week!) and then we finished our stubby holders for fathers day. Luckily the textas worked really well on the stubby holder.
My desk at 3.30 - lots of piles made today and you can see I extended sideways too to a kids table - I really need a bigger desk (or an office!).
